Site clearance, welfare facilities, and temporary works completed.

Ground floor slab installation underway. Insulation and damp proofing in progress.
The formwork is complete and the first floor concrete pour is now taking Place. We are now starting to understand the breathtaking views from this incredible location. And this is the weather in December!
Roof covering, render, cladding, windows and doors - upcoming phase.
Stud walls, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC first fix - scheduled to begin soon.
Plaster, joinery, tiling, and decorations - future phase.

Construction Updates
1st floor concete pour underway
After meticulous preparation, the concrete pump is in place, and the first floor is being poured.

Formwork preparation
We are now at the stage where the formwork is being prepared for the first-floor pour. We are starting to be able to understand the amazing views fully. This will be the view through glass doors towards the sea from what will be the Kitchen.

Foundation Work Completing
We are thrilled to announce that we are close to completing the foundation phase. The villa's structural base has been expertly laid, ensuring stability and longevity. Our engineering team has worked meticulously to create a foundation that will support this architectural masterpiece for generations.
Adding Mesh to Foundation Formwork
After constructing and levelling the outer formwork, the reinforcement mesh is placed inside on spacers to keep it elevated within the concrete. Once positioned, concrete is poured to fully encase the mesh before being levelled, finished, and left to cure.
Initial Foundation Base
Concrete was pumped into the villa’s foundations to ensure a solid and even base across all sections. Once fully cured, the next step will be applying the hydro insulation to protect the structure from moisture ingress.
Ground Work Started
We're excited to share that groundwork has officially begun on the Liberty Villas project. The site has been carefully prepared, with excavation and initial earthworks now underway. This marks the first tangible step from vision to reality, as the groundwork team sets the stage for the structural foundation to follow. Breaking Ground
